About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently hitting revenue targets. What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Meet and pitch to decision-makers at target businesses (B2B)
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to deal closure
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Track all activity and pipeline in CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (field or inside sales)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Based in Delhi / NCR or willing to relocate immediately
