We are seeking an experienced **Technical Project Manager – ServiceNow** to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery across multiple modules while collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.

## Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects from planning through deployment and post-production support.
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
* Drive implementation across multiple ServiceNow modules, including:
* ServiceNow Core Platform
* Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
* Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
* Field Service Management (FSM)
* Source-to-Pay Operations
* Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including ServiceNow Developers, Architects, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Ensure projects are delivered following ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and SDLC methodologies.
* Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Oversee UAT planning, production deployment, hypercare, and knowledge transfer activities.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and client leadership.
* Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
* Drive continuous process improvement and platform optimization initiatives.

## Required Skills
* 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
* Minimum 5+ years managing ServiceNow implementation projects.
* Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and ecosystem.
* Experience delivering projects across:
* ServiceNow Core Platform
* Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
* Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
* Field Service Management (FSM)
* Source-to-Pay Operations
* Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
* Experience with ServiceNow workflows, integrations, CMDB, and data models.
* Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integration architecture.
* Experience managing enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
* Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving, planning, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
