We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking AI Automation Specialist who can identify, design, and implement intelligent automation solutions across key areas of our business. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in transforming operational workflows through AI-driven technologies, enabling teams to focus on strategic and high-value activities while improving efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
The candidate will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing scalable AI solutions that strengthen operational excellence and create a competitive advantage in a dynamic business environment.
The role requires expertise in technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, predictive analytics, intelligent document processing, workflow automation, and conversational AI/chat agents for contact centre operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI-led automation and optimization.
- Design and implement intelligent automation workflows across departments including customer support, operations, HR, sales, and back-office functions.
- Build and deploy AI-powered chat agents and conversational bots for contact centre operations to automate customer interactions, ticket handling, FAQs, and service workflows.
- Develop AI solutions using technologies such as:
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Generative AI & AI Agents
- Predictive Analytics
- Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Workflow Orchestration Tools
- Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, telephony systems, APIs, databases, and internal platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies based on business needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand operational challenges and deliver scalable automation solutions.
- Monitor automation performance, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize workflows continuously.
- Ensure data security, compliance, governance, and process reliability across AI implementations.
- Create automation roadmaps and provide strategic recommendations for digital transformation initiatives.
Preferred Skills & Expertise
- 5 years experience in AI automation, intelligent process automation or digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with platforms/tools such as:
- UiPath
- Automation Anywhere
- Power Automate
- Zapier / Make
- OpenAI / Azure AI / Gemini APIs
- Dialogflow / Botpress / LangChain
- CRM & telephony integrations
- Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning, AI agents, and workflow automation.
- Experience building AI chatbots or voice bots for customer service/call centre environments.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into automation solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications in AI, RPA, automation, or cloud technologies are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in contact centre automation or operational transformation projects will be highly preferred.
