Experience: 3–8 Years in Aluminium Doors & Windows, Façade Systems, Structural Glazing, or uPVC Windows.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or a related Engineering discipline.
- AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
Job Summary
We are looking for a technically skilled and solution-oriented Technical Engineer to support the engineering, design, production, and project execution teams. The candidate will be responsible for site measurements, technical evaluations, reviewing drawings, coordinating with clients and consultants, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all products are manufactured and installed according to approved specifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Evaluation
- Study architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
- Review project specifications and identify technical requirements.
- Recommend suitable aluminium window, door, glazing, and façade systems.
- Identify design conflicts and propose practical engineering solutions.
Site Visits & Measurements
- Visit project sites for technical discussions and site inspections.
- Take accurate site measurements before fabrication.
- Verify opening dimensions, levels, and site readiness.
- Identify installation constraints and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare site measurement reports.
Drawing Review & Coordination
- Review AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with the Design team for drawing revisions.
- Ensure all drawings are approved before production.
- Verify dimensions and specifications prior to fabrication.
Production & Project Support
- Coordinate with the Production team regarding fabrication requirements.
- Provide technical clarifications to factory and installation teams.
- Assist in resolving manufacturing and installation issues.
- Monitor technical compliance throughout project execution.
Client & Consultant Coordination
- Attend meetings with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Explain technical specifications and proposed solutions.
- Address technical queries during project execution.
- Support the Project team during inspections and approvals.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure products comply with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Participate in quality inspections during fabrication and installation.
- Assist in closing technical observations and snag items.
- Recommend improvements to product quality and installation practices.
Documentation
- Prepare site visit reports.
- Maintain measurement records and technical documentation.
- Prepare material requirement summaries.
- Assist in preparing technical submittals and method statements.
- Maintain revision history of drawings and project documents.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, ventilators, glazing, and façade systems.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Experience with site measurements and technical inspections.
- Understanding of fabrication and installation processes.
- Knowledge of aluminium profiles, hardware, glass, and accessories.

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹39,238.03 per month
