Key Responsibilities:
Production Management
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the factory floor.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor production schedules and optimize manpower utilization.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Stores, Procurement, and Dispatch teams.
- Minimize production delays and downtime.
Workforce Supervision
- Manage machine operators, carpenters, helpers, polishers, and assembly workers.
- Allocate work according to production priorities.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Train and guide shop-floor employees on processes and quality standards.
Quality Control
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct in-process inspections and final quality checks.
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department to reduce rejection and rework.
Process Improvement
- Monitor production efficiency and material utilization.
- Implement productivity improvement initiatives.
- Reduce wastage of wood, veneers, laminates, hardware, adhesives, and consumables.
- Maintain proper production records and reports.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety guidelines.
- Conduct safety briefings and monitor PPE usage.
- Maintain housekeeping standards across the production floor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturing procedures.
Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with Stores for timely availability of raw materials.
- Monitor material consumption and report shortages.
- Verify production-related inventory movements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
