Job description:
- Customer service: Greet customers, determine their needs, and suggest suitable vehicles
- Sales: Explain vehicle features, demonstrate operation, and negotiate the final price
- Paperwork: Complete sales paperwork, including sales slips and contracts
- Delivery: Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork
- Follow-up: Maintain an owner follow-up system and follow up on post-delivery items
- Service: Schedule first service appointments and introduce customers to the service department
- Prospecting: Develop and follow up on prospects
- Used vehicles: Help with the used-vehicle inspection process and keep the used-vehicle department clean
- Sales meetings: Attend sales meetings
- Analysis: Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year
