Role Description As an Artificial Intelligence Filmmaker at Ganexa Media, you will lead and contribute to end-to-end film projects that combine traditional filmmaking with AI-driven tools. This full-time, on-site role in Pune involves conceptualizing ideas, developing stories, and translating them into visually engaging films. You will work on writing scripts, designing shot plans, and directing or coordinating productions that use AI for pre-visualization, virtual production, and creative exploration. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with writers, editors, and technical artists; supervising or participating in video production; and overseeing post-production workflows, including AI-assisted editing, effects, and enhancements. You will also help test and integrate new AI tools into the filmmaking process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high creative standard.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Film Direction and Scriptwriting, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Proficiency in Film Production and Video Production, including planning shoots, coordinating crews, and managing on-set workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Post-Production, such as editing, color correction, sound design, and integrating AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
- Familiarity or demonstrated interest in AI-driven content creation tools (e.g., generative video, image, or audio) and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography basics, and pacing for short-form and long-form content.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Animation, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating completed film or video projects; prior experience in a studio or production environment is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
