Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern (Content Creator)

Growvia is a creative marketing agency that helps brands grow through content creation, social media marketing, branding, and performance marketing. We work with salons, clinics, real estate businesses, restaurants, and other local brands to create content that drives real business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Create UGC-style videos for clients and Growvia’s social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and social media copy.
- Research trending content ideas, audio, and viral formats.
- Assist during client shoots by helping with content planning and execution.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the design, video editing, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for UGC content (preferred).
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good communication and content writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with Canva or CapCut is a plus.
