Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom visitors, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, technologies, and warranties, including conducting test drives.
- Sales Closure: Negotiate prices, finalize deals, and complete sales, financing, and insurance documentation.
- Lead Management: Maintain a customer database and proactively follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in automobile sales (new or used cars) or retail sales is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate vehicle benefits.
- Negotiation: Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software.
