- 8ÔÇô15 years total manufacturing experience
- 3+ years in a Production Manager/Production Head/Factory Manager role
- Experience in modular kitchen, furniture, cabinetry, or precision woodworking
- Hands-on knowledge of CNC, panel processing, edge banding, membrane/PU finishing, and hardware assembly
- Experience managing 100+ shop-floor employees
- Strong knowledge of OEE, Lean, 5S, TOC, Poka-Yoke, TPM/preventive maintenance
- Experience with ERP/MRP production modules
- Strong exposure to WIP, throughput, capacity planning, QC, maintenance, stores and purchase coordination
- Preferably experience in a high-volume or premium/luxury furniture manufacturing environment
