The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, managing documentation, coordinating admissions processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Assist prospective students with admission-related information and guidance.
- Maintain and organize student records and administrative documents.
- Coordinate admission processes and follow-up activities.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate data records.
- Manage daily office administration and support operational activities.
- Coordinate with students, parents, and internal departments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in administration, admissions, or customer service is preferred.
