Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Architect with strong expertise in Highrise commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Commercial developments . The candidate should possess strong leadership, design management, execution coordination, and project delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural planning and execution for large Commercial projects.
- Manage end-to-end design coordination with Consultants, Facade, Structural teams, MEP teams, and project stakeholders.
- Review architectural drawings, layouts, elevation concepts, and execution details.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, approvals, and local building norms.
- Drive design optimization, cost efficiency, and timely project delivery.
- Coordinate across multiple projects and travel between sites as required.
- Mentor internal architectural teams and ensure quality standards across projects.
- Work closely with management on strategic planning and project execution decisions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Architecture from a reputed college or university.
- 4+ years of experience in Highrise Commercial Projects.
- Mandatory experience in Commercial real estate.
- Strong exposure to project execution, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel across project locations in Bangalore and nearby regions.
