Job Summary
TopCop Alliance is looking for a responsible and proactive Field Officer to manage field operations, coordinate with client sites, supervise deployed manpower, and ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to handle operational responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to client sites and monitor operational activities.
- Ensure proper deployment, attendance, discipline, and performance of security and facility management staff.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, guards, and client representatives for smooth operations.
- Address site-level issues, complaints, and operational challenges promptly.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Verify attendance records, shift schedules, and manpower availability.
- Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, and replacement of manpower when required.
- Submit daily field visit reports, incident reports, and operational updates to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support branch operations and assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma qualification preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage field staff and coordinate multiple locations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, reporting, and documentation.
- Strong observation skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage field responsibilities.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, security services, facility management, manpower handling, or related industries preferred.
- Candidates with security supervisory experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with leadership ability and willingness to learn may also apply.
