Inside Sales Manager / Senior Executive – B2B

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Manager / Sr. Executive to manage our existing B2B accounts and acquire new partners across gyms, nutrition stores, fitness studios, and offline retail. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, structured follow-ups, and the ability to close high-quality accounts for India’s 1st truly science-backed performance nutrition company.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage and grow existing B2B accounts (gyms, stores, fitness chains, coaches)
- Drive repeat orders, timely follow-ups, and product education
- Ensure smooth coordination with operations for order fulfilment and inventory
- Track account performance, collections, and renewal cycles
New Business Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new B2B partners in target territories
- Run structured outreach via calls, WhatsApp, email and trade networking
- Pitch Neulife’s portfolio with strong product knowledge
- Meet monthly acquisition and revenue targets
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM entries and daily activity logs
- Share weekly sales reports and funnel updates with leadership
- Coordinate sampling, activations and training sessions for partners
- Support offline GTM launches and BTL activities
Relationship & Brand Building
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and buyers
- Educate partners on Neulife products, margins, schemes and brand story
- Support partners in improving sell-through via merchandising and product visibility
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales (FMCG, Nutrition, D2C, Pharma or Fitness categories preferred)
- ZOHO Software knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing sales pipelines and hitting monthly targets
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel and structured reporting
- High energy, ownership, and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
