Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate sound systems and explain audio quality, features, and effects to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable audio solutions.
Create product need by explaining benefits and experience of sound systems.
Handle showroom customers and provide product guidance.
Assist in basic setup and coordination for sound system installation.
Stay updated with latest audio products and technology.
Coordinate with sales and installation teams.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of sound systems, audio quality, and effects
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
Strong communication and presentation skills
Customer handling and convincing ability
Basic understanding of installation/setup preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, email communication)
1–3 years’ experience in audio/sound-related field preferred (fresher’s with strong knowledge can be considered)
Pay: ₹8,333.35 - ₹35,010.84 per month
