We are hiring an Housekeeping/facility Trainer. Having experience in training the soft services staff, calendar management, and SOP's
ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit the client location & provide training & practical exposure to the new and existing employee.
Provide training to newly joined workers for the position of Housekeeping & Soft Services.
Preparation of Training Calendar.
He has to ensure and make hk team to understand about chemicals and hk machinery knowledge.
And He has to check about hk team grooming standards / quality services at the site level.
Keeping data of training supplies and training materials up to date.
Assisting in training course setup / cleanup before and/or after a training event.
Recording all staff's training attendance.
Keeping training records & files up to date, filing forms.
Assisting with arranging induction program timetables for new joiners.
Conducting refresher training sessions as per standards and audit reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
