Job Summary:
- We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly reliable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated lifestyle and hospitality support to our Director. This role is ideal for an energetic professional with experience in the food and beverage industry who thrives in high-energy environments and is comfortable working extended night hours. You will act as the Director's trusted right-hand, seamlessly transitioning between running private errands, greeting high-profile guests, and providing premium food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
- Premium Hospitality & Guest Relations: Warmly greet and host the Director’s private guests and VIPs; prepare and serve drinks, cocktails, and food with high-end restaurant/bar-level etiquette.
- Private Errand Management: Execute daily personal and professional errands efficiently, managing time-sensitive tasks across various locations.
- Extended Night Support: Remain on duty during long evening hours, late-night meetings, or social events to provide continuous hospitality and logistical support.
- Area Maintenance: Ensure the Director’s private lounge, office, and meeting spaces are pristine, well-stocked, and prepared at all times.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Hospitality Background Required: Prior experience working as a bartender, mixer, waiter, or steward in a restaurant, bar, or luxury lounge is strictly required.
- High Energy & Enthusiasm: A positive, proactive, and "can-do" attitude with the stamina to handle demanding schedules.
- Flexible Schedule: Ability and willingness to consistently work long hours, late nights, and flexible shifts.
- Absolute Discretion: Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding the Director's private and business matters.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Own Transport: Possession of a personal motorcycle/bike with a valid driving license is a significant advantage for quick errand execution.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
