Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in residential building construction, from foundation to final finishing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and construction designs
- Supervise site supervisors, contractors, and labor teams for daily activities
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Plan and monitor daily work schedules to ensure timely project completion
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and generate civil work reports
- Ensure strict quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Oversee finishing works such as plastering, flooring, painting, and fittings
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Utilize AutoCAD for project-related planning and coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices
- Hands-on experience in residential projects from core structure to finishing stage
- Proven ability to lead and manage site teams effectively
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant civil engineering tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail, especially in finishing work quality
