Project Manager – WebSenor

Job Summary
WebSenor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
- Coordinate with development, design, QA, business, and other teams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers and take corrective action.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Manage client expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to quality standards.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective team collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement in project planning and delivery processes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Project Management, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
- Strong client and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of software development project life cycles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certification is a plus.
- Experience in IT/software development projects is preferred.
- Previous experience working with international clients is an advantage.
