About This Opportunity
Job Title: SE 2 Location: Bengaluru
Job Description: Oracle Retail Engineer to lead the product designs and development for Oracle SaaS Cloud upgrade V19 and above.
Responsibilities:
Analyse business requirements and map business process in ReSA, RMS and ReIM applications.
Identify gaps between the Oracle Retail solution's standard functionality and 7-Eleven’s C-Store requirements, and propose workarounds or necessary customizations.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail v19 or above (SaaS), including SaaS deployment and upgrade strategies.
Monitor and tune the application performance, especially batch operations and database queries
Provide technical support, troubleshoot critical production issues, and apply patches/upgrades.
Technical Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience using Pro*C, Oracle ADF, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX for custom UI development.Design and implement integrations between Oracle Retail and other enterprise systems.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment, leading teams, practices lean principles and promoting faster time to market
Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS implementations, including migration from on-prem to cloud.
Knowledge of REST API integrations and microservices architecture for Oracle Retail.
Familiarity with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) services for hosting and scaling Oracle Retail applications.
Expertise in performance tuning for SaaS environments, including batch optimization and database query tuning.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Retail deployments in cloud environments.
Experience with security and compliance for SaaS solutions (data encryption, identity management).—Nice to have

Education & Experience:
