Job Summary
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer L1 to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user devices. The candidate should have experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and basic network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Configure and support Microsoft Office and Outlook applications.
- Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and related devices.
- Perform software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP.
- Provide remote and onsite user support.
- Manage and update support tickets as per SLA.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
