Role Overview
As an Accounts Executive you will manage day-to-day financial transactions. The ideal candidate balances sharp attention to detail with excellent communication skills, ensuring that vendor invoices are processed accurately, compliance deadlines are met, and financial records remain pristine.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, matching them against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
- Maintain accurate vendor ledgers and age-wise payable schedules.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and invoice queries internally and with external vendors.
- Prepare and process timely payments (via NEFT/RTGS/Cheque) in alignment with company credit periods.
2. Tally Operations & Accounting
- Daily data entry of all expenses, bank receipts, and payments into Tally Prime / ERP 9.
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Maintain and update general ledgers, fixed asset registers, and depreciation schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow sheets.
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Calculate and ensure accurate deduction of TDS on vendor invoices.
- Assist in compiling documentation and data for GST returns .
- Prepare necessary paperwork for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, BBA (Finance), or related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of core accounting experience, with a heavy focus on Accounts Payable.
Software: Expertise in Tally and high proficiency in MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, a high level of integrity, and clear communication skills for vendor negotiations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
