● Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across target sectors: fashion/clothing, entertainment, and premium F&B
● Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
● Setting up and leading introductory client conversations that position the company as a studio worth talking to
● Coordinating with the founding team to move warm leads toward proposal and closure
● Onboarding confirmed clients into the studio's workfl ow, from signed scope to fi rst brief handoff
● Representing the studio at relevant industry events, launches, and community spaces in Mumbai
● Providing weekly pipeline reports and maintaining CRM hygiene
What we're looking for
● 5–7 years in business development, account management, or sales, ideally within design, branding, advertising, architecture, or a premium creative services context
● A genuine network in Mumbai across fashion, entertainment, or F&B, you should be able to name-drop at least fi ve decision-makers you could reach out to this week
● Strong instinct for identifying brands that are ready to invest in identity or experiential design scope of work.
● Comfortable being the fi rst impression of a studio, articulate, well-presented, and capable of holding a room
● Self-directed. No manager is sitting next to you. You'll be expected to build a structure for yourself and report with clarity
● Familiarity with how premium design or creative studios work, either from having worked at one or from being a well-informed client-side

Compensation
Fixed monthly retainer + performance-linked commission on deals that enter the studio pipeline and convert to signed projects.
