Job Overview
G3 Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated IT Administrator to oversee and support the company's IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network management, Windows server administration, email systems, and IT security, ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Network Management
- Administer and maintain the organization's LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Configure and support routers, switches, and firewall devices.
- Monitor network availability and performance.
- Identify and resolve network-related issues promptly.
Windows Server Administration
- Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy settings.
- Handle user account creation, access permissions, and system administration tasks.
- Perform routine updates, patches, and system maintenance activities.
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of server systems.
Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage and support Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 services.
- Create and maintain user mailboxes and email groups.
- Monitor email operations and troubleshoot messaging issues.
- Ensure smooth and secure email communication across the organization.
Information Security
- Maintain security controls to safeguard IT systems and data.
- Monitor systems for potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Manage antivirus solutions, firewall configurations, and data protection measures.
- Ensure backup processes are functioning effectively and support disaster recovery readiness.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and Windows Server environments.
- Experience working with Microsoft Exchange and/or Microsoft 365.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent.
- Exposure to virtualization technologies and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure within a corporate environment.
