Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and maintain office records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and visitor coordination.
- Maintain employee, donor, beneficiary, and project-related documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, training programs, events, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Support HR, finance, and program teams with administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, data entries, and filing of organizational documents.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, preferably in an NGO or social sector organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
