Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
- Act as a point of contact for client servicing, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) to deliver seamless service
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales and client servicing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
