Role Description The Camera Handling Intern will supporting the production of high-quality visual content for marketing, social media, and platform-related projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and operating cameras for video shoots and photography sessions, assisting with basic lighting setups, and preparing equipment before and after shoots. The intern will help maintain and organize camera and lighting equipment, ensuring all gear is properly stored, labeled, and ready for use. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams during shoots, following instructions from senior crew members, and supporting simple post-shoot tasks such as file transfer and basic review of footage. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional content production environment, with opportunities to learn and grow under guidance from experienced team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle and operate camera equipment, including basic knowledge of framing, focus, and shot composition.
- Understanding of fundamental lighting concepts and the ability to assist in setting up and adjusting lighting for video and photo shoots.
- Strong interest in media production, videography, or photography, with willingness to learn and follow technical instructions.

- Reliable attention to detail, with a focus on equipment care, safe handling, and organized storage of gear.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate respectfully in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Basic familiarity with digital file management; exposure to video or photo editing tools is an advantage.
- Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Media Studies, Film, Mass Communication, or related discipline) preferred.
