Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate (Apartments)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for apartment sales.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours.
- Counsel customers on apartment features, pricing, payment plans, and home loan options.
- Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the marketing, legal, and accounts teams for smooth booking and documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in apartment or residential real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market and RERA guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
