Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns.
- Monitor and maintain pumps, compressors, motors, boilers, heat exchangers, and other process equipment.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Maintain maintenance records and equipment history.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors during repair work and shutdowns.
- Manage spare parts inventory and support shutdown planning.
- Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, and improvement projects.
