Vasundhara Construction is urgently looking for a skilled and experienced Architect who can independently handle architectural planning, design, project execution, and site coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing residential and commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, working drawings, and construction layouts.
- Develop 2D & 3D architectural designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Prepare project costing, BOQs, estimates, and quantity calculations.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, civil engineers, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress to ensure quality standards and timely completion.
- Manage project documentation, reports, drawing revisions, and approvals.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Handle complete project execution from concept to final handover.
