Job Summary: The HR Manager is responsible for managing recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, performance appraisal, training, and compliance with labour laws and NABH standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staffing.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and NABH requirements.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee benefits.
- Conduct performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and separation processes.
- Support HR audits and accreditation-related documentation.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
Required Skills
- Healthcare HR practices and NABH compliance.
- Recruitment and manpower planning.
- Labour law and statutory compliance.
- Payroll coordination and HRMS knowledge.
- Communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
