D365 Jr. Developer- D365F&O Technical Developer
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Technical Developer with strong expertise in technical design, development, integrations, and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. The role requires strong hands-on skills in X++ development, ERP technical architecture, Azure integrations, and DevOps practices. The candidate will collaborate closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and client IT teams to deliver stable, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Development
Develop and customize solutions using X++, Extensions, SSRS reports, and data entities.
Implement technical designs aligned with best practices and performance standards.
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with security and quality guidelines.
2. Integrations
Build and manage integrations with external systems using OData, REST APIs, DMF, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Platform.
Support data migration activities and monitor interfaces for stability and accuracy.
Ensure integration architecture is secure, scalable, and maintainable.
3. DevOps & Environment Management
Work with Azure DevOps pipelines for build, deploy, and release automation.
Coordinate deployments across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments.
Utilize LCS for environment monitoring, updates, and issue resolution.
4. Support & Optimization
Provide L3 production support and perform root cause analysis for complex issues.
Optimize system performance and implement technical improvements.
Collaborate with functional teams to enhance solutions and processes.
Experience & Skills
Strong experience in D365 F&O Technical / AX 2012 Technical roles.
Strong expertise in X++, Extensions, SSRS, and Integrations.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and D365 LCS.
Good understanding of security, batch jobs, and performance tuning.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft D365 F&O Technical certification.
Experience in global ERP implementations and managed services.
Exposure to Power Platform and Azure integration services.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and take technical ownership of deliverables.
Structured documentation and disciplined delivery approach.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
