Cuatro Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow online sales channels, optimize marketplace performance, and drive revenue growth through effective e-commerce strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online platforms, improving customer experience, and implementing growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
- Manage e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and online storefronts.
- Optimize product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions.
- Manage inventory, order processing, and coordination with operations teams.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns with the digital marketing team.
- Manage marketplace accounts and improve product visibility.
- Monitor competitors, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with content, design, sales, and logistics teams.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare regular business reports.
- Improve customer experience and conversion rates.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
