Urgent requirement
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Psychologists to provide comprehensive psychological support, conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide psychological interventions and offer post-placement follow-up support for care leavers. This role is critical in ensuring the mental health and well-being of our care leavers, facilitating their successful integration into new environments, and empowering them to achieve their career aspirations.
Psycho social Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health, cognitive abilities, and career interests.
- Care Plans: Develop individual care and aftercare career plans tailored to residents' needs and goals.
- Psychological Interventions: Provide psychotherapy, counseling and support care leavers
- Career Guidance: Offer career options and conduct orientation programs for residents.
- Post-Placement Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with placed residents to support their adjustment and well-being.
- Staff Support: Provide guidance to staff based on the approved protocol.
- Mentor Training: Train and support residents to be mentors, equipping them with necessary skills.
- Advocacy Programs: Organize sensitization programs for social work colleges and institutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interventions and follow-up activities

Qualification- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
