Job Title: Civil Engineer
Experience Required: 10Years+
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities across our real estate projects. The role involves ensuring timely execution, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with contractors and consultants to deliver projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor project timelines and progress to meet deadlines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms
- Manage material planning, requisition, and usage
- Conduct regular site inspections and reporting
- Verify work measurements and billing (RA bills)
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance
- Assist in project planning and cost control
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
- Good understanding of materials, methods, and safety practices
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Complusary knowledge of basement.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction or real estate projects
- Experience in residential / commercial developments preferred
