NJ Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd.� is looking for an experienced ETP Supervisor to oversee Effluent Treatment Plant operations at our manufacturing facility in Rajanakunte, Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for smooth plant operations, wastewater treatment monitoring, pollution control compliance, and maintaining environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily ETP plant operations
Monitor wastewater treatment process and water quality parameters
Maintain records for pH, TDS, COD, BOD, and chemical usage
Ensure compliance with Pollution Control Board norms
Handle chemical dosing and sludge management
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams
Monitor ETP equipment performance and preventive maintenance
Prepare daily/monthly operational reports
Ensure environmental and safety standards are followed
Support inspections and compliance audits
Required Skills:
Knowledge of ETP/STP operations
Understanding of wastewater treatment systems
Basic environmental compliance knowledge
Good reporting and documentation skills
Ability to manage manpower and shift activities
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical or related field
ITI candidates with relevant ETP experience may also apply
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in biomass, manufacturing, renewable energy, pharma, textile, or industrial plants
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
