Counsel patients for:
- Cataract surgery
- LASIK / Refractive surgery
- Retina procedures
- Other ophthalmic treatments
- Explain diagnosis, treatment options, benefits, and risks in simple language
- Address patient fears and objections
- Guide patients on procedure selection
2️ Conversion & Revenue Support
- Convert walk-in and referred patients into surgical cases
- Share package details and payment options
- Coordinate with billing team for estimates
- Achieve monthly surgery conversion targets
3️ Patient Coordination
- Coordinate pre-operative investigations
- Schedule surgery dates
- Ensure completion of consent forms
- Maintain smooth patient flow between departments
4️ Relationship Management
- Build trust with patients and attendants
- Handle patient queries and complaints politely
- Ensure high patient satisfaction scores
- Follow up with pending surgical patients
5️ Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain counselling records in HIS/CRM
- Track conversion data
- Prepare daily/weekly reports
- Maintain counselling register
6️ Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
- Ophthalmologists
- Optometrists
- Front office
- Billing team
- OT team
- Call Centre
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
