Job Description: Outdoor Runner & Production Helper
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, multi-skilled worker to execute outdoor market errands using their personal bike while actively supporting production and packing activities during indoor factory hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Source and purchase raw materials, spare parts, and tools from local markets using your personal bike.
- Deliver finished goods, product samples, and official documents to local clients and vendors on time.
- Collect invoices, cash receipts, and vendor payments during market runs and hand them over daily.
- Assist with product assembly, sorting, and packing inside the factory during non-market hours.
- Load, unload, inspect, and organize incoming raw materials and outgoing stock in the workshop.
- Keep production workstations, tools, and inventory storage areas clean, safe, and organized daily.
- Follow all road safety regulations, maintain valid vehicle papers, and adhere to factory safety rules.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and an active personal motorcycle/scooter with updated registration and insurance.
- Strong knowledge of local routes and commercial supply markets.
- Physical fitness for lifting, loading, and factory-floor work.
Benefits: Fixed monthly salary + complete fuel reimbursement + vehicle maintenance allowance.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
