Job Title: Telesales Executive – Media & AdvertisingRole OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our media ad agency. You will be responsible for selling our advertising space, Outdoor Media Services packages, and campaign services to prospective clients. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a knack for closing deals, and the ability to articulate ROI to business owners and Branding managers.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct Inbound & outbound cold calls to potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and generate high-quality sales leads.
- Pitching & Presentations: Present and pitch customized advertising solutions (e.g., Transit Media, Outdoor Media and Branding Services) that align with the client’s business goals.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and revenue targets.
- Objection Handling: Address client concerns regarding budget, Media Ad Campaigns, and client expectations from the Media Campaign packages to successfully secure contracts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and account upselling.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, lead statuses, and sales pipelines using the agency's CRM software.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on Outdoor media trends,Branding media tools , and competitor pricing to offer insightful recommendations to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record (typically 3+ years) in B2B telesales, Branding or media sales, or telemarketing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills in English, Hindi .
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of Media Advertising Services (Outdoor Media,Transit Media, Print and Electronic Media) is highly preferred.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using any CRM software , MS Office, and virtual communication tools.
- Drive & Resilience: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling rejection positively.
