Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Targets: Drive the acquisition, sales, and cross-selling of financial products (e.g., gold loans, Personal Loans ,Business Loans ,Loan against Property and insurance).
Operations & Administration: Monitor day-to-day operations , approve system entries, authenticate registers, and manage cash flow and fund remittances.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure the branch adheres to RBI and company guidelines, handle statutory license renewals, and clear internal/external audit queries.
Customer Service & Collections: Address escalated customer grievances, monitor collection pipelines, and assist in resolving pending repayments.
Team Leadership: Conduct daily morning meetings, delegate tasks, and provide coaching to sales and operational staff.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
