Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, generating business opportunities, handling customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct client meetings and field visits.
- Identify business opportunities and generate leads.
- Follow up with customers and provide timely support.
- Achieve monthly business and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and reports.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
