- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Meet prospective customers and explain project details.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers with documentation and the booking process.
- Coordinate with banks for loan assistance, if required.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular sales and field activity reports to the management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
