Role Overview:
We are seeking for a L&D Program Lead to design, deliver, and drive adoption of high-impact learning programs across leadership, functional, and communication workstreams, ensuring business relevance, scalability, and measurable capability improvement.
Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end design, delivery and impact of learning programs across workstreams

Translate BU needs into scalable, business-relevant capability solutions (not generic training)

Deliver high-impact facilitation across leadership, communication, and functional areas

Drive stakeholder alignment and cross-functional integration

Ensure measurable outcomes: effectiveness, behavior change, and reduced re-training
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Media, or related field

10–12 years in L&D, training, or capability development roles
-
Strong experience in program design and facilitation
-
Proven stakeholder management across business units
-
Experience delivering leadership or communication programs
-
Experience designing functional or domain-specific training
-
Exposure to communication frameworks
-
Experience in cross-functional or transformation projects
Preferred Qualifications

Problem-solving and program structuring

Domain knowledge in media and advertising

MBA or Postgraduate degree in HR, OD, or Learning

Certifications in Facilitation, Coaching, or Instructional Design

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication
