Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate relevant tenders from government and private portals.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Handle complete tender lifecycle: documentation, submission, follow-ups, and tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial inputs.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, specifications, and legal terms.
- Maintain records of tenders, bids, and related documents.
- Liaise with clients and authorities for clarifications and updates.
- Monitor tender results and prepare reports on outcomes
- .Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in tendering (preferably in aluminium or related industry).
- Strong knowledge of tender portals (e.g., GeM, e-procurement platforms).
- Good understanding of aluminium products and market practices.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the aluminium or metal manufacturing sector.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with government tendering procedures is an advantage.
