Position Overview
- Job Title: AutoCAD Draftsman / Draftswoman
- Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, At Office
- Division/Department: Architectural
- Reports to: Sr. Architect
- Travelling: Not Required
- Terms: 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday off
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Drafting: Prepare highly accurate and detailed 2D architectural drawings, working drawings, floor plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD.
- Design Support: Collaborate closely with senior architects to translate design concepts and sketches into comprehensive technical plans.
- Detailing: Create specific architectural detailing and layouts required for site execution and client approvals.
- Documentation: Systematically maintain project files, structural drawings, and documentation for easy retrieval and version control.
- Coordination: Work efficiently within a dynamic, deadline-driven team environment to ensure drafting targets are met.
- Compliance: Apply a basic knowledge of local building bylaws to ensure all technical drawings meet regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, ITI in Draftsmanship, or a recognized AutoCAD certification.
- Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on experience in architectural drafting.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding and expert-level skill in CAD and AutoCAD software. Familiarity with SketchUp or Revit is a bonus.

- Excellent precision and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a solid portfolio demonstrating drafting capabilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
