Seeking a Senior Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience in Java within the Camunda ecosystem to design develop and maintain robust business process management solutions
Job Description
Design develop and maintain scalable Java applications leveraging Camunda BPM platform Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze business processes and translate them into technical workflows Implement and optimize BPMN workflows decision tables and process automation using Camunda Ensure application performance quality and responsiveness through rigorous testing and optimization Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in Java development and business process management Participate actively in Agile development cycles to deliver iterative and highquality solutions
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of Camundabased process automation projects aligned with business goals Drive technical design discussions and decisions related to Java and Camunda technologies Collaborate with product owners architects and stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions Oversee code quality conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance team skill sets and productivity Manage project tasks timelines and deliverables ensuring adherence to schedules Identify potential risks in project execution and propose effective mitigation strategies Support deployment activities and provide postrelease maintenance and troubleshooting
