Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end tendering on GEM and other bidding portals.
- Prepare and submit bids, ensuring compliance with government PSU tendering processes.
- Coordinate with government departments and internal teams for documentation and requirements.
- Monitor and track new tender opportunities.
- Leverage transport industry knowledge to enhance bid accuracy and competitiveness.
- DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING‐ PREPARE, CREATE & MAINTAIN ALL RECORDS OF TENDER
- RELATED DOCUMENTS, TRANSACTIONS.
- VENDOR ENGAGEMENT‐ IDENTIFY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS & ENSURE THEIR ENGAGEMENT AS PER
- PROCUREMENT GUIDELINES AND MAINTAIN GOOD RELATIONSHIP.
- CONTRACT MANAGEMENT‐ ASSISTS IN CONTRACT NEGOTIATION WITH CUSTOMER
- TECHNICAL SUPPORT‐ KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTER APPLICATION AND EXPOSED TO OFFICE ENVIRONMENT
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling GEM portal tenders.
- Strong understanding of government tendering procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of the electronics industry is preferred.
