Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives with excellent communication skills and a professional appearance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries, leads, and customer interactions professionally.
- Convert inquiries and prospects into successful sales opportunities
- Generate sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design team for project requirements.
- Promote company offerings and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Support market penetration and business development activities.
- Maintain updated knowledge of furniture products, materials, finishes, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in furniture related sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills.
- knowledge of furniture concepts is preferred.
