We're seeking a superstar Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the charge in building brand awareness, generating leads, and achieving our ambitious marketing goals. You'll be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
- Manage and oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Manage and optimize our company website for user experience and search engine visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales) to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Oversee marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI)
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists (if applicable)
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing management
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve
