We are a growing construction company in Coimbatore looking for a skilled Draftsman and Quantity Surveyor. You will be working primarily on small-scale residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quick with AutoCAD, and accurate with material estimations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Calculate accurate material quantities (steel, cement, sand, bricks, etc.) from drawings.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Visit sites occasionally to verify measurements and ensure drawings match execution.
Requirements:
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in drafting and estimation for residential or commercial buildings.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints clearly.
Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
